We offer large or small programs utilising indoor and outdoor activities as part of the session. Ranging from 1 hour to multiple days, our activities anchor learning or simply energise the group with dynamic breakout sessions. Our workshops encourage interactions in a relaxing, fun and safe environment. We can also provide pre- & post-day tour options through our partner tour providers; Earth Adventure and Pure SA.

Services
Indoor Workshops
Workshops are hosted that encourage interaction and co-operation between conference attendants and can be focused towards exploring positive mental health interactions.
Group Problem Solving
Participants will develop critical thinking and data gathering and processes to work together towards goals and learn productive decision making skills.
Trust Building Exercises
Participant will engage in and learn trust building exercises that can be utilised in both day to day and business interactions.
Facilitated Group Discussions
Instructors will teach and engage participants in methods that can be used to encourage facilitated group discussions.
Behavioural Analysis
Participants will learn differing types of behaviours, how to recognise them, and best methods of dealing with them in interactions.
Adventure Activities
Participants will spend a day or half day in fun ‘Adventure Activities’ both on and off-site, depending on conference requirements.
Navigation and Rescue Simulations
Through the use of Team Building games, and outdoor simulations, participants will learn the basics of navigation and undertake rescue simulations as a group.
Consultation and Needs Analysis
In consultation with participants or conference organisers, instructors will undertake consultations and needs analysis to encourage higher production and wellbeing,
